Shipping Policy: 

All Teacher and Conquer Planner PreOrders will ship September 2019

Once the method of payment is accepted and approved the order will be shipped out within 48 hours Monday – Thursday. Orders placed Friday – Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. Any orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day and shipped within 24 hours. We do not ship on Sundays or Federal Holidays. If you'd like to check on the status of your shipment, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help. 

Refund Policy: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED.

IF ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE EMAIL US WITHIN 48 HOURS TO SCHEDULE ITEM EXCHANGE.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES IF YOUR PACKAGE STATES IT WAS DELIVERED.
